You don’t need to order this in advance, this can be activated on a pay-as-you go basis at any time. Please see dmAnswers14: Purchasing Guide for more information. Additional extensions for your switchboard

Although the basic dmSwitchboard12 tariff includes unlimited receptions, 3 teams and 3 personal extensions, you may have a need for more. You don't need to order these in advance. If you create (and use!) extensions beyond the inclusive allowance, our system will add any charges to your bill at the end of the month.

Team Extension If you use more than the 3 included in the base switchboard12, these will be billed automatically. Note that use of less than 60s will not be billed.
