dmSwitchboard12 Terms and Conditions in addition to the General terms and conditions:
1. dmSwitchboard12 is not suitable for making emergency phone calls, customers are advised that they should retain a reliable way of making emergency calls (even during power failure)
2. dmSwitchboard12 uses Voice Over Internet Packets (VOIP) on the Internet and various private circuits provided by third parties and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), and as such is dependent on the reliable running of these networks and systems, which are beyond its control.
3. The dmSwitchboard12 service does not include provision or support of any Local Area or Wide Area services to the client.
4. The dmSwitchboard12 service does not include provision or support of handsets products or services to the client, except the webphone.
5. The dmSwitchboard12 service requires the client to have certain levels of responsibility and expertise. Should the client not have these, then we shall either be unable to support you, or may need to provide paid for consultancy at a price to be mutually agreed.
6. The client acknowledges that the Internet and Local Area Network services are generally less reliable than the PSTN and Mobile phone networks, and will arrange their business and dmSwitchboard configuration to have fall back plans should the Internet and Local Area Networks not deliver sufficient quality of service for VOIP.
